Spring Steel Wire

Spring steel wire is produced by cold-drawing hot rolled wire rods.

According to the diameter size, there are extra-fine size spring steel wire (diameter<0.1mm), relatively fine size spring steel wire (diameter from 0.1mm to 0.5mm), fine size spring steel wire (diameter from  0.5mm to 1.5 mm), medium size spring steel wire (diameter from 1.5mm to 3.0mm), coarse size spring steel wire (diameter from 3.0mm to 6.0mm), relatively thick spring size steel wire (diameter from 6.0mm to 8.0mm), extra-thick size spring steel wire (diameter >8.0mm). According to the strength, there are low strength spring steel wire (strength <390mpa), low strength spring steel wire (strength from 390mpa to 785mpa), ordinary strength spring steel wire (strength from 785map to 1225mpa), high strength spring steel wire (strength from 1225map to 1960mpa), high strength spring steel wire (strength from 1960mpa to 3135mpa), especially high strength spring steel wire (strength >3135mpa).

The spring steel wire can be used for welding rod, nail, wire mesh, packaging and printing industry, cold upsetting rivets, screws, electrical steel wire, communication wire, steel-cored aluminum stranded wire, comb, needle, rope wire, spokes, mattress, various kinds of springs, spring washer, harp wire, tape wire, tire cord, clock and watch industry, steel ball,  etc.
